De ECRU New York Defining Paste is een matte pasta die textuur en structuur geeft aan kort tot medium lang haar.
Gebruik: om een maximale textuur te creëren op middellange en lange stijlen, emulgeer je de pasta in de handpalmen, klemt je het haar tussen de handen en rolt je de uiteinden van het droge haar door. Kan worden toegepast op vochtig haar voor gekrulde stijlen of herenverzorging (bij drogen aan de lucht).
